Crusted Pound Cake with Strawberry Infused Ice Cream.
Super fast and Cheap!!
- Sara Lee Pound Cake
- Cooking Oil
- Brown Sugar
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Frozen Sliced Strawberries
- Whipping Cream or Half & Half
- Sweet Wine
Heat up a little grease to fry slices of pound cake. Slice up pound cake, coat boat sides with milk, repeat technique in flour. Fry cake for about one minute on both side, drain, then coat both sides with brown sugar.
Mix in about four tablespoons of strawberries and two - three tablespoons of wine into your ice cream.
Serve cake with ice cream on top, sprinkled with chopped mint.
